Our Policies

**Puppies Ready Now**     Reserved puppies can be pickup ON or AFTER their posted available date NOT before! You are welcome to visit any puppy listed on the Available Now page. Puppies 8wks or older are sold on a "First Come First Serve" basis. Check the website for availability if the puppy is listed and the status is available-Please call for a appointment on the day you would like to come. I do not hold puppies without a deposit!! and do not guarantee availability for any lenght of time.   If you are within driving distance but can not get here right away, I do offer the option for you to make a deposit of 50% via PayPal and secure your puppy, the puppy will be placed on hold once  the PayPal deposit is confirmed. Please make arrangements prior to submitting a deposit to pick up the puppy within 72hrs. PayPal deposits: Choose the Credit/Debit Card option and it will arrive instantly. Deposits made by e-Check take 4-5 days to clear.   **Puppies in the Nursery**   Puppies in the nursery must be reserved via PayPal In an effort to minimize traffic on our property only customers wanting to see a puppy available NOW will be given appointments. ABOSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS!   Puppies advertised in the nursery page will not be on my premises untill their available date. They are available to reserve via PayPal or by mailing in a deposit. However we will gladly evaluate a litter or pup to determine if it has the qualities you are looking for. If you wish to visit with the pup prior to making a decision please call me ON the available date or check the website. If the puppy is no longer shown on the site than it has been adopted.

**Deposits** for puppies in the Nursery ONLY!   A deposit of good faith will be accepted to hold a puppy of your choice. By placing a deposit you have made an agreement to purchase said puppy and we agree to hold the puppy for you. The deposit will be applied towards the total purchase price of your puppy. If for any reason you decide not to take the puppy your deposit is forfeited and can not be applied towards another puppy.   ** Deposits are refundable or transferable ONLY if the puppy becomes ill or dies while still in our possesion**   For your convenience deposits can be made via Paypal, buttons are located on the individual puppies profile.     If you choose to mail in a deposit we will accept a US Postal Money order made out to:  Angelica Perera Please call for mailing address.   If mailing in a deposit: Once you confirm the deposit has been sent we will hold the puppy for 48hrs to allow arrival of your money order. Please be aware that we are not responsible for lost mail or deposits not arriving on time. Send your deposit via Next or 2nd day mail and request a signature confirmation   PayPal deposits: Choose the Credit/Debit Card option and it will arrive instantly. Deposits made by e-Check take 4-5 days to clear.

**Picking Up Your Puppy**   Puppies are ready to go home at 8-10 weeks of age and on the date indicated on the puppies profile. Please call to schedule an appointment by 11am for the specific day. Pick up hours are as follows: Monday thru Saturday 1pm-6pm We are closed Sundays Exceptions will be made at my discretion.   If for any personal reason you can not pick up your puppy on the indicated available date, I will allow 3 days at no charge, after the 3rd day a $7 daily fee for care and food will be added to the purchase price of your puppy. If you need me to hold the puppy past the 3rd day but not more than 7days, the puppy must be paid for in full on the indicated available date the daily care fee will still apply. **NO Exceptions**              **We will no longer offer shipping untill further notice**

**Health Guarantee**   1. Pre Existing life threatening disease diagnosed within 15days of pick up from the buyer.   2.  Pre Existing congenital or hereditary condition diagnosed within 1yr of pick up from the buyer.   3. No guarantee for Internal or External Parasites including Coccidiosis or Giardia.   4. Purchaser Agrees: to have this puppy examined by a licensed vet of their choice and at their own expense within 48hrs of pick up from the buyer. to provide fresh water & quality food in appropriate amounts daily and to provide medical care as needed. to spay/neuter this puppy at 6months of age to keep this puppy up-to-date on shots to feed NuVet vitamins daily for the entire duration of this 1yr agreement.

**Spay/Neuter** When purchasing one of my puppies you agree to spay/neuter your new pet within 6months of purchase. If puppies are offered with registration papers Amatskennel will issue papers upon receiving proof of sterilization.   AKC papers will be limited. Failure to alter your dog within the above stated time-will cause revocation of any/all registration papers and will void replacement puppy guarantee.
